This crochet adult house slippers was designed after there were demand for the adult version of my first ever crochet baby girl shoe design. The looks cute in different colour combinations and you are sure to fall in love with it.It easy to make and the final result is stunning.
The pattern is worked in rows just like all of my crochet slipper patterns. It is more convenient and faster than working in the round and you can be sure that your slippers will come out the same size. Heck Yeah! You won’t have to make a third slipper just to have two match up!

5.0 mm crochet hook
4.0 mm crochet hook
Dk weight yarn – 200g (100g each of Colour A and B)
Colour A = Cream
Colour B = Pink

Stitches Guide (US Version):
Ch: Chain
Sc: Single Crochet
Hdc: Half double crochet
Dc: Double crochet
Dc2tog: Double crochet two together
Slst: Slip stitch.
Pattern Notes :
- Ch 1 or Ch 2 at the beginning of the row does not count as a stitch.
- The slipper is worked flat
Pattern Instructions:
Using 5.0 mm crochet hook
With colour A, Ch 53
Row 1: 1 Sc in the 2nd chain from the hook, Mark the stitch with a stitch marker, 1 Sc in each stitch across. 52 stitches.
Row 2: Ch 1, turn. 2 Sc in the 1st stitch, mark the very first stitch, 1 Sc in the next 22 stitches, 2 Sc in each of the next 6 stitches, 1 Sc in the next 22 stitches, 2 Sc in the last stitch. 60 stitches.
Row 3: Ch 1, turn. 2 Sc in the 1st stitch, mark the very first stitch, 1 Sc in the next 26 stitches, 2 Sc in each of the next 6 stitches, 1 Sc in the next 26 stitches, 2 Sc in the last stitch. 68 stitches.
Row 4: Ch 1, turn. 2 Sc in the 1st stitch, mark the very first stitch, 1 Sc in the next 11 stitches, 1 Hdc in the next 11 stitches, 1 Dc in the next 8 stitches, 2 Dc in each of the next 6 stitches, 1 Dc in the next 8 stitches, 1 Hdc in the next 11 stitches, 1 Sc in the next 11 stitches, 2 Sc in the last stitch. 76 stitches.
Row 5: Ch 1, turn. 2 Sc in the 1st stitch, mark the very first stitch, 1 Sc in the next 12 stitches, 1 Hdc in the next 12 stitches, 1 Dc in the next 26 stitches, 1 Hdc in the next 12 stitches, 1 Sc in the next 12 stitches, 2 Sc in the last stitch. 78 stitches.Finish last stitch with a slst of colour B
Using 4.0 mm crochet hook
Row 6: (With colour B) Ch 1, turn. 1 Sc in the front loop only of the 1st stitches, mark stitch, 1 SC in the front loops only in each stitch across. Finish last stitch with a slip stitch of colour A 78 stitches.
Row 7: (With colour A )Ch 2, turn.1 Hdc in the 1st stitch, mark stitch, 1 Hdc in each stitch across 78 stitches.
Row 8: Ch 1, turn. 1 Sc in the 1st stitch, mark stitch, 1 Sc in the next 18 stitches, 1 Hdc in the next 14 stitches, Dc2tog 6 times, 1 Hdc in the next 14 stitches, 1 Sc in the last 19 stitches. 72 stitches.
Row 9: Ch 1, turn. 1 Sc in the 1st stitch, mark stitch, 1 Sc in the next 17 stitches, 1 Hdc in the next 12 stitches, Dc2tog 6 times, 1 Hdc in the next 12 stitches, 1 Sc in the last 18 stitches. 66 stitches.
Row 10: Ch 1, turn. 1 Sc in the 1st stitch, mark stitch, 1 Sc in the next 17 stitches, 1 Hdc in the next 11 stitches, Dc2tog 4 times, 1 Hdc in the next 11 stitches, 1 Sc in the last 18 stitches. 62 stitches.
Row 11: Ch 1, turn. 1 Sc in the 1st stitch, mark stitch, 1 Sc in the next 16 stitches, 1 Hdc in the next stitches 10, Dc2tog 4 times, 1 Hdc in the next 10 stitches, 1 Sc in the last 17 stitches. 58 stitches.
LEFT SHOE
Row 12: Ch 1, turn. 1 Sc in the 1st stitch, mark stitch, 1Sc in the next 11 stitches. 12 Sc, then chain 20
Row 13: Skip 2 chains, 1 Hdc in the 3rd chain, 1 Hdc in remaining 17 chains, 1 Hdc in each of the 12 Sc of previous row.
Row 14: Ch 2, turn. 1 Hdc in the 1st stitch, 1 Hdc in each of the remaining stitches till the end of row 30 stitches, chain 4, Slst to the first row of strap, turn and work 7 Sc in the chain space.
Row 15: 1 Sc in each stitch till the end of row, cut yarn (Strap completed).
On the other side of the shoe, rejoin yarn with a Slst.
Row 12: Chain 1, Sc in the 1st stitch, mark stitch, 1 sc in next 11 stitches. 12 Sc
Row 13: Chain 2, turn. Hdc in the 1st stitch, mark stitch, 1 Hdc in each stitch across. 12 Hdc
Row 14: Repeat row 13
Row 15: repeat row 12..Ch 1 and cut yarn.
RIGHT SHOE
Work the pattern till row 11,
Row 12: Chain 1, Sc in the 1st stitch, mark stitch, 1 sc in next 11 stitches. 12 Sc
Row 13: Chain 2, turn. Hdc in the 1st stitch, mark stitch, 1 Hdc in each stitch across. 12 Hdc
Row 14: Repeat row 13
Row 15: repeat row 12..Ch 1 and cut yarn.
On the other side of the shoe, rejoin yarn with a Slst.
Row 12: Ch 1, turn. 1 Sc in the 1st stitch, mark stitch, 1 Sc in the next 11 stitches. 12 Sc, then chain 20
Row 13: Skip 2 chains, 1 Hdc in the 3rd chain, 1 Hdc in remaining 17 chains, 1 Hdc in each of the 12 Sc of previous row.

Finishing
With right sides facing, sew up seam, the part with Colour A should be sewn with Colour A yarn, the part with Colour B should be sewn with Colour B yarn. Sew on button of your choice.
To add a decorative edging, Slst in each stitch around the shoes with Colour A.
