This crochet adult house slippers looks great in just about any colour, even in neutral colours.
With this pattern, you can make cute adult house slippers just working in rows and it’s more convenient and faster than working in the round and you can be sure that your slippers will come out the same size. Heck Yeah! You won’t have to make a third slippers just to have two match up!

- Ch 1 or Ch 2 at the beginning of the row does not count as a stitch.
- The slipper is worked flat

Using 5.0 mm crochet hook
Ch 53
Row 1:1 Sc in the 2nd chain from the hook, Mark the stitch with a stitch marker, 1 Sc in each stitch across. 52 stitches.
Row 2: Ch 1, turn. 2 Sc in the 1st stitch, mark the very first stitch, 1 Sc in the next 22 stitches, 2 Sc in each of the next 6 stitches, 1 Sc in the next 22 stitches, 2 Sc in the last stitch. 60 stitches.
Row 3: Ch 1, turn. 2 Sc in the 1st stitch, mark the very first stitch, 1 Sc in the next 26 stitches, 2 Sc in each of the next 6 stitches, 1 Sc in the next 26 stitches, 2 Sc in the last stitch. 68 stitches.
Row 4: Ch 1, turn. 2 Sc in the 1st stitch, mark the very first stitch, 1 Sc in the next 11 stitches, 1 Hdc in the next 11 stitches, 1 Dc in the next 8 stitches, 2 Dc in each of the next 6 stitches, 1 Dc in the next 8 stitches, 1 Hdc in the next 11 stitches, 1 Sc in the next 11 stitches, 2 Sc in the last stitch. 76 stitches.
Row 5: Ch 1, turn. 2 Sc in the 1st stitch, mark the very first stitch, 1 Sc in the next 12 stitches, 1 Hdc in the next 12 stitches, 1 Dc in the next 26 stitches, 1 Hdc in the next 12 stitches, 1 Sc in the next 12 stitches, 2 Sc in the last stitch. 78 stitches.
Using 4.0 mm crochet hook
Row 6: Ch 1, turn. 1 Sc in the front loop only of the 1st stitches, mark stitch, 1 SC in the front loops only in each stitch across. 78 stitches.
Row 7:Ch 2, turn.1 Hdc in the 1st stitch, mark stitch, 1 Hdc in each stitch across 78 stitches.
Row 8: Ch 1, turn. 1 Sc in the 1st stitch, mark stitch, 1 Sc in the next 18 stitches, 1 Hdc in the next 14 stitches, Dc2tog 6 times, 1 Hdc in the next 14 stitches, 1 Sc in the last 19 stitches. 72 stitches.
Row 9: Ch 1, turn. 1 Sc in the 1st stitch, mark stitch, 1 Sc in the next 17 stitches, 1 Hdc in the next 12 stitches, Dc2tog 6 times, 1 Hdc in the next 12 stitches, 1 Sc in the last 18 stitches. 66 stitches.

Row 17: Ch 2, turn. Fpdc around the post of the first stitch, *Bpdc around the post of the next stitch, Fpdc around the post of the next stitch * repeat across. End row with Bpdc. 42 stitches.
Rows 18-19: Repeat row 17. Ch 1, leave a long tail and cut yarn. 42 stitches.
FINISHING
With right sides facing, Sew up seam from the top of the slippers down to the sole and weave in ends.
