This crochet bow baby shoes is another addition to my numerous crochet baby booties patterns. And as always it is worked flat. This easy crochet baby shoes worked up pretty fast and the bow embellishment adds to its beauty.
DESIGN
The Crochet bow baby shoes is designed similarly to my other crochet baby booties pattern. It is worked flat. I started with sole, then the upper part, proceeded to the button and button hole straps, then I made the middle part, then finally, I made the bows and attached them. It’s a very simple and easy crochet baby shoes pattern that’s works up pretty fast.
BEGINNER FRIENDLY
This easy crochet bow baby booties pattern uses basic crochet stitches. The instructions are very simple and easy to follow. The crochet baby shoes pattern can be made in about an hour.
WORKED IN ROWS
As always, my crochet baby booties patterns are worked in rows, to make it easy for crocheters whise baby booties might not turn out equal when they make it in the round. With the crochet bow baby booties pattern, you can make cute baby shoes for your baby girl, with pretty bow embellishment. YARN
I used acrylic yarn for this easy crochet baby bow shoes pattern. It is a worsted weight yarn in two complementary colors. You can use any worsted weight yarn of your choice.
SIZES
The written PDF pattern contains three sizing options. 0-3, 3-6 and 6-9 months sizes which are 3.5(4.0,4.5) inches sole measurements.

Pattern Instructions:
With colour A, Ch 25
Row 1: 1 Sc in the 2nd chain from the hook, Mark stitch, 1 Sc in each stitch across. 24 stitches.
Row 2: Ch 2, 2 Hdc in the 1st stitch, mark the very first stitch, 1 Hdc in the next 8 stitches, 2 Hdc in each of the next 6 stitches, 1 Hdc in the next 8 stitches, 2 Hdc in
the last stitch. 32 stitches.
Row 3: Ch 2, 2 Hdc in the 1st stitch, mark the very first stitch, 1 Hdc in the next 30 stitches, 2 Hdc in the last stitch. 34 stitches.
Row 4: Ch 1, turn. 1 Sc in the front loop only of the 1st stitches, mark stitch, 1 Sc in the front loops only in
each stitch across. 34 stitches.
Row 5: Ch 2, turn. 1 Hdc in the 1st stitch, mark stitch, 1 Hdc in each stitch across 34 stitches.
Row 6: Ch 1, 1 Sc in the 1st stitch, mark stitch, 1 Sc in the next 8 stitches, 1 Hdc in the next 4 stitches, Dc2tog 4 times, 1 Hdc in the next 4 stitches, 1 Sc in the last 9 stitches. 30 stitches.
Row 7: Ch 1, 1 Sc in the 1st stitch, mark stitch, 1 Sc in the next 8 stitches, 1 Hdc in the next 4 stitches , Dc2tog 2 times, 1 Hdc in the next 4 stitches, 1 Sc in the last 9 stitches. 28 stitches.
RIGHT SHOE
BUTTON STRAP
Row 8: Ch 1 ,turn. Sc in the 1st stitch, 1 Sc in next 6 stitches. 7 Sc.
Row 9 – 11: Repeat row 8.
Row 12: Ch 2, turn. Hdc in the first stitch, 1 Hdc in each stitch across. Ch 1 and cut yarn.
BUTTONHOLE STRAP
On the other side of the shoe, count 7 stitches and rejoin yarn with a Slst to the 7th stitch.
Row 8: Ch 1 ,turn. Sc in the 1st stitch, 1 Sc in next 6 stitches. 7 Sc.
Row 9 – 11: Repeat row 8.
Row 12: Ch 15, skip 4 chains. Hdc in the remaining 11 chains, 1 Hdc in each of the 7 stitches of the previous row. Ch 1 and cut yarn.
LEFT SHOE
Work the pattern till row 7. Ch 1 and cut yarn.
BUTTONHOLE STRAP
On the same side of the shoe that you just cut the yarn, count 7 stitches and rejoin yarn with a Slst to the 7th stitch.
Row 8: Ch 1 ,turn. Sc in the 1st stitch, 1 Sc in next 6 stitches. 7 Sc
Row 9 – 11: Repeat row 8.
Row 12: Ch 15, skip 4 chains. Hdc in the remaining 11
chains, 1 Hdc in each of the 7 stitches of the previous row. Ch 1 and cut yarn.
BUTTON STRAP
On the other side of the shoe, count 7 stitches and rejoin
yarn with a Slst to the 7th stitch.
Row 8: Ch 1 ,turn. Sc in the 1st stitch, 1 Sc in next 6 stitches. 7 Sc
Row 9 – 11: Repeat row 8.
Row 12: Ch 2, turn. Hdc in the first stitch, 1 Hdc in each stitch across. Ch 1 and cut yarn.
Middle part
Count 6 from both straps. Reattach yarn with a slst to the next stitch.
Row 1: Ch 1, Sc in the same stitch, Sc in the next stitch. 2 Sc
Row 2: Ch 1, turn. Sc in both stitches. 2 Sc
Row 3-12: Repeat row 2.
Join row 12 to row 7 by making slst into both stitches, going through both rows 7 and 12. Ch 1 and cut yarn. Alternatively, you can just sew row 12 to row 7 with your Tapestry needle and yarn.
Bow
With colour B
Make a magic circle, Ch 3, make 3 Tr into the ring, Ch 3 and slst into the ring. Ch 3 again, make 3 Tr into the ring, Ch 3 and slst into the ring. Close the ring, leave a bit of a long tail, Ch 1 and cut yarn. Wrap the excess yarn around the bow and tie knots to secure, cut yarn and weave
in the ends. Make 2 for each shoe.
Finishing
Sew or use glue to attach the first bow to rows 2 & 3 of the middle part, and the second bow to rows 5 & 6 of the middle part. Sew your buttons on. With right sides facing, sew up seam.

Row 5: Ch 2, turn. 1 Htr in the 1st stitch, mark stitch, 1 Htr in each stitch across 34 stitches.
Row 6: Ch 1, 1 Dc in the 1st stitch, mark stitch, 1 Dc in the next 8 stitches, 1 Htr in the next 4 stitches, Tr2tog 4 times, 1 Htr in the next 4 stitches, 1 Dc in the last 9 stitches. 30 stitches.

Work the pattern till row 7. Ch 1 and cut yarn.

On the same side of the shoe that you just cut the yarn, count 7 stitches and rejoin yarn with a Slst to the 7th stitch
Row 8: Ch 1 ,turn. Dc in the 1st stitch, 1 Dc in next 6 stitches. 7 Dc

Row 2: Ch 1, turn. Dc in both stitches. 2 Dc
Row 3-12: Repeat row 2.
Join row 12 to row 7 by making slst into both stitches, going through both rows 7 and 12. Ch 1 and cut yarn. Alternatively, you can just sew row 12 to row 7 with your Tapestry needle and yarn.
Bow
With colour B
