Looking to for a colorful crochet granny stitch shawl? Look no further, the Crochet Granny Diamond Shawl pattern is a beautiful, colorful crochet shawl pattern suitable for Intermediate crocheters. This adorable crochet shawl pattern uses the granny diamond stitch.
DESIGN
This granny stitch crochet shawl is worked in rows. It has a six row repeat once you get to row 11 because I used 3 color for this easy crochet shawl pattern, which gives it with a very beautiful look and makes the diamond shapes pop. I also used the same stitch pattern for granny diamond blanket and granny diamond sweater.
ADORABLE
This adorable crochet shawl pattern is worked in rows with a six-row repeat, with the even rows using two colours and the odd rows requires just one color. It’s a fun and colorful crochet shawl pattern, using simple crochet stitches such as chain stitch, double crochet, single crochet and slip stitch.
MAKE IT YOUR OWN
Customize the size of your shawl by using a different yarn weight or adjusting the length. The original shawl measures about 68 inches wide and 34 inches long, and was made using sport weight yarn. However, you can use any DK weight yarn, or even fingering or worsted weight yarn, to make it your own.
YARN
I used sport weight yarn in three complimentary colors for this beautiful crochet triangle shawl pattern You can use any sport weight yarn of your choice.
