Row 2: Turn. Do not Ch 1.Sc in BLO of each of the 20 Sc from previous row.
Row 3: Ch 1, turn. Sc in BLO in each of the 20 Sc from previous row. Skip a stitch then Slst into the next stitch on the slipper.
Row 4-16: repeat rows 2 and 3
Row 17: Ch 1, turn. Sc in BLO if each of the 20 Sc from previous row. Slst to the 17th stitch on slipper. Ch1 and cut yarn.
Rejoin yarn to the other end of the slipper and repeat the process.
Slst the first 8 stitches together.
Without slit
If you do not like the open slit. You can start to cuff from one end and finish it at the other end, ending it with a repeat of row 2 or you could Slst all 20 stitches together at the middle instead of just 8 stitches.
FINISHING
With right sides facing, Sew up seam from the top of the slippers down to the sole and weave in ends.
