I found that a lot of crocheters loved the Crochet High Waist Skirt and the Crochet Tennis Skirt, I decided to design another wearable with pleats. The crochet pleated skort is a short with a pleated panel over it making it look like a crochet pleated skirt from the front. It is a fairly easy pattern to make. It has five sizing options from XS-XL
DESIGN
This pleated crochet skort is worked in rounds as well as in rows. The short part is worked in rounds using double crochet while the pleated panel is worked in rows using treble crochet. It’s a pretty simple pattern to make and it’s super cute.
EASY
The Pleated crochet skort is a easy pattern to make. It’s makes use of basic crochet stitches such as slip stitch, single crochet, double crochet and treble crochet. It makes use of post stitches for the ribbing.
MINDLESS
This crochet skort pattern is a mindless crochet pattern for the most part as you just keep makes rounds of double crochet and rows of treble crochet over and over. It’s a crochet project that you can make while watching a movie.
YARN
I used Dk weight yarn for this easy crochet skort pattern. You can use any Dk weight yarn of your choice.
