- Ch 2 at the beginning of the row does not count as a stitch.
- The Ch 1 spaces in the project counts as stitches.

- Top is worked bottom up
- For sizes 30-34 (36-40, 42-44) if you want the top longer than 22 inches, you can do an additional repeat of row 2-9 to make it 26 inches long.

Finishing
Place both panels together with the right sides facing. (I used the first row of each panel to determine the right side). Making sure that the rows align, sew from the bottom of the top to row 33(41) on both sides
For the shoulders, make sure the 9(13,17,17) stitches of each shoulder of the front panel aligns with the 9(13,17,17) stitches at the shoulders of the back panel counting from the edges.
