Pattern note
- Ch 1 or Ch 2 at the beginning of a row doesn’t count as a stitch
- Ch 2 at the beginning of the round does not count as a stitch.
Row 1: Ch 15, Sc in the second chain from the hook Sc in the next 12 chains (13 Sc). In the last chain work 3 Sc, mark the middle Sc with a stitch marker. Continue working on the other side of the beginning chain, Sc in each chain across. (29 stitches)
Row 2: Ch 1, turn. Sc in each stitch until stitch marker (14 Sc), remove stitch marker and work 3 Sc, mark the middle Sc with the stitch marker. Sc in each stitch until end of row. (31 stitches)
Row 3: Ch 1, turn. Sc in each stitch until stitch marker (15 Sc), remove stitch marker and work 3 Sc, mark the middle Sc with the stitch marker. Sc in each stitch until end of row. (33 stitches)
First ruffle
Ch 2, turn. Hdc in the Blo of the 1st and 2nd stitches, 4 Hdc in the Blo of each stitch across. Hdc in Blo of the last 2 stitches.
Row 4: Slst in the Flo, Ch 1, turn. Sc in first stitch, Sc in each stitch until stitch marker (16 Sc), remove stitch marker and work 3 Sc, mark the middle Sc with the stitch marker. Sc in each stitch until end of row. (35 stitches)
Row 5: Ch 1, turn. Sc in each stitch until stitch marker (17 Sc), remove stitch marker and work 3 Sc, mark the middle Sc with the stitch marker. Sc in each stitch until end of row. (37 stitches)
Row 6: Ch 1, turn. Sc in each stitch until stitch marker (18 Sc), remove stitch marker and work 3 Sc, mark the middle Sc with the stitch marker. Sc in each stitch until end of row. (39 stitches)
Row 7: Ch 1, turn. Sc in each stitch until stitch marker (19 Sc), remove stitch marker and work 3 Sc, mark the middle Sc with the stitch marker. Sc in each stitch until end of row. (41 stitches)
Second ruffle
Ch 2, turn. Hdc in the Flo of the 1st and 2nd stitches, 4 Hdc in the Flo of each stitch across. Hdc in Flo of the last 2 stitches.
Row 8: Slst in the Blo, Ch 1, turn. Sc in first stitch, Sc in the blo of each stitch until stitch marker (20 Sc), remove stitch marker and work 3 Sc in blo, mark the middle Sc with the stitch marker. Sc in blo of each stitch. until end of row. (43 stitches)

Neck straps
With the wrong side facing you, rejoin yarn with a Slst to the top of the right bra cup (in the stitch to the right of the marked stitch) Ch 60, Sc in the second chain from the hook and in each chain across, Slst in the to the left of the marked stitch. Remove stitch marker chain 1 and cut yarn. (59 stitches). Repeat for the other strap
