Hi I was wondering is the measurement you have for the bust size, around the breast or under the breast? I want to make this top but need to make it larger. So needed to know the length of the first row, so i can make the changes to fit me. Please respond soon.
    Thank you,
    Debbie

Hello Debbie, the bust measurement is measured around the breast. The first row is 24 inches long. I hope this answer your question.
