Waist Band
Round 1: Ch 2, Hdc in the first stitch, mark stitch, Hdc in each stitch around. Join with Slst to the first stitch. (50 stitches)
Round 2: Ch 2, Hdc in the first stitch, mark stitch, Hdc in each stitch around. Join with Slst with Colour A to the first stitch. (50 stitches)
Skirt
Round 1: Ch 2, mark top of Ch 2, Dc in the same stitch, Ch 1, 2 Dc all in the same stitch . Skip next stitch, 2 Dc Ch 1 2 Dc in next stitch, skip next stitch. Repeat all the way around. Join with a Slst to the top of Ch 2 ( 25 shells).
Round 2: Slst into the first Dc and Slst into the Ch 1 space. In the Ch 1 space, Ch 2, mark top of Ch 2, 2 Dc Ch 1 3 Dc. Reach over to the next Ch 1 space, work 3 Dc Ch 1 3 Dc. Repeat in each Ch 1 space around. Join with a Slst to the top of Ch 2. ( 25 shells).

Round 13 – 15: Repeat round 12
High-low
At the end of round 15 cut yarn. From the last shell of round 15 count 10 shells to the right and mark. From the first shell of round 15 count 10 shells to the left and mark. There will be 5 shells left in between.
Row 1: join yarn with a Slst to the first Dc of marked shell, Ch 1 to secure, Slst in the 2nd Dc and Ch 1 space. In the chain 1 space, Ch 2, Dc, Ch 1, 2 Dc. Reach over to the next Ch 1 space, work 2 Dc Ch 1 2 Dc. Repeat in each Ch 1 space around till you reach the other marked shell. (20 shells).
Row 2: Ch 1, turn, Slst in each stitch till you reach the Ch 1 space of the 2nd shell. In the chain 1 space, Ch 2, Dc, Ch 1, 2 Dc. Reach over to the next Ch 1 space, work 2 Dc Ch 1 2 Dc. Repeat in each Ch 1 space around till there is only one shell left. Leave the last shell unworked. (18 shells).
Row 3: Ch 1, turn, Slst in each stitch till you reach the Ch 1 space of the 2nd shell. In the chain 1 space, Ch 2, Dc, Ch 1, 2 Dc. Reach over to the next Ch 1 space, work 2 Dc Ch 1 2 Dc. Repeat in each Ch 1 space around till there is only one shell left. Leave the last shell unworked. (16 shells).
Row 4: Ch 1, turn, Slst in each stitch till you reach the Ch 1 space of the 3rd shell. In the chain 1 space, Ch 2, Dc, Ch 1, 2 Dc. Reach over to the next Ch 1 space, work 2 Dc Ch 1 2 Dc. Repeat in each Ch 1 space around till there are two shells left. Leave the last two shells unworked. (12 shells).
Row 5: Ch 1, turn, Slst in each stitch till you reach the Ch 1 space of the 3rd shell. In the chain 1 space, Ch 2 Dc, Ch 1, 2 Dc. Reach over to the next Ch 1 space, work 2 Dc Ch 1 2 Dc. Repeat in each Ch 1 space around till there are two shells left. Leave the last two shells unworked. (8 shells).
Row 6: Ch 1, turn, Slst in each stitch till you reach the Ch 1 space of the 2nd shell. In the chain 1 space, Ch 2 Dc, Ch 1, 2 Dc. Reach over to the next Ch 1 space, work 2 Dc Ch 1 2 Dc. Repeat in each Ch 1 space around till there is only one shell left. Finish the last Dc with a Slst of colour A. (6 shells).
Edging
Ch 1 to secure, Slst in the next Dc and the Ch 1 space of the shell. In the Ch 1 space, Ch 2, 4 Dc mark the top of the Ch 2, reach over to the big hole from the previous row and work 1 Sc into. Reach over to the Ch 1 space of next shell from previous row, make 5 Dc in the Ch 1 space, Sc in the big hole from the previous row repeat all the way around. Slst to the top of the Ch 2 in the beginning. Cut yarn.
Weave in all end and add a small button at the back.
The bow
Double your Dk weight yarn and use a 6.5mm crochet hook
Make a magic ring, Ch 7
Yarn over 4 times, insert the hook into the magic ring, yarn over pull through the ring, yarn over pull through 2 loops on your hook 5 times
Repeat * to * 4 more times
Ch 7 and Slst into the magic ring
Ch 7
Yarn over 4 times, insert the hook into the magic ring, yarn over pull through the ring, yarn over pull through 2 loops on your hook 5 times

bow is completed!
You can sew on bead to the bow if you wish. You can even add any other embellishments of your choice if you don’t like the bow.
